Vaporizing does not necessarily eliminate any, and all toxins found in vaporized substances, so much care should be taken prior to use. Devices listed for sale on this website are not intended or expected to be used with tobacco-derived products and will render the devices non-functional. Returns and Exchange Policy

Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand-new condition. Please contact us if you would like additional information about a product before making a purchase. We have a team of friendly and experienced staff standing by who are happy to help you find the perfect vaporizer.

If you believe your item may be defective, please contact us for a warranty claim within 30 days of purchase. Our return policy is listed below; please read it thoroughly, and contact us if you have any questions.

 

ORDERS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS

Any/all items purchased from Vape Parts Mart (VPM) and/or any of its affiliates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Item(s) must be in original, brand-new condition. Given the nature of vaporizers, we cannot accept returns on used devices for health and safety reasons.
  • All returns and warranties must be processed through the manufacturer
  • Unused item(s) must be shipped back (to the manufacturer) within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Return must include the name of the buyer and order number for reference
  • Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.
  • We cannot re-sell any items that have been opened or have broken seals. The buyer must understand and agree that returns will not be accepted if the items have been opened or have broken seals.
  • Unused, unopened products are subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee.  Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees. This includes parts and/or accessories.
  • Note: returns of fillable items or parts, such as cartridges, pods, chambers, etc., will not be accepted under any circumstances. This is in order to ensure the hygiene and sanitation safety of the products.
  • All products must be returned via your local postal service. Returns shipping with carriers outside of the postal service will not be received, and no refund will be issued.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return process. We strongly recommend you insure your package(s) and/or purchase delivery confirmation, as we are not liable for lost or damaged items while in transit. Non-standard shipping services purchased by the buyer in relation to the original purchase, including upgraded and international shipping, are the buyer’s sole responsibility and are non-refundable. You may expect your refund or exchange to process within two (2) weeks of the delivery date to us, assuming the above conditions are met; this includes credit card and money order refunds and exchanges shipped out. This return policy is only available to customers of the United States and/or Canada. Please see our Foreign Country Return Policy for other countries outside of North America.

OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA RETURN POLICY

Our non-north American return/exchange policy is implemented on a case-by-case basis. Because of the rise in shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes, we do our best to accommodate such requests within our discretion, though always with customer satisfaction in mind.

Shipping Policy

For North American orders, standard shipping orders are typically delivered within 4-7 business days, and express shipping orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days.
